We offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are would like to return your device within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to honor that.
We accept returns or replacements sent back in their original condition. If you need a refund or replacement, send us an email at email@example.com with your Order Number and the description of the issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, wrapped the same way it arrived to avoid shipping damages.
Then, we will send you a pre-paid Return label with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for how to proceed with your return. Once your return is received, allow one (1) week for processing, and we will send you an email to let you know if your request is approved or rejected for the refund or replacement. We will only refund the cost of the products purchased from our website minus the shipping cost. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If we determine the item was defective, you will receive a full refund.
Wrap the product the same way it arrived to avoid shipping damages. Any shipping damages that occur from incorrectly packaging the product will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
