★ Troubleshooting - Resetting Awair 2nd Edition

If your Awair 2nd Edition(“Awair”) is behaving oddly, these two troubleshooting functions may help: reboot and reset.



To reboot your Awair: unplug it for 20 seconds and plug it back in. It will automatically reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.


To reset your Awair: locate the reset button on the back of your Awair. The reset button will be next to the power connector, in a vent hole. Press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds, until you see a blue LED light on the front display of your Awair 2nd Edition when the it has been reset.

Once you’ve reset your Awair, add it back to your Awair App by tapping the ‘+’ icon to begin the setup process for your device. Continue the steps listed in the in-app guide to connect to your Awair via Bluetooth, and then to your Wi-Fi network.

All your historical data is stored on Awair’s servers, and will be accessible in the app once your Awair reconnects to Wi-Fi.
