Warranty and Return Policy

We offer returns and refunds within 30 days upon receipt of the item. If the device is defective, and you're still within warranty, we can replace the item, or if still within the 30 day window, it can be returned for a full refund. Defective behavior may be requested to be substantiated in the form of video attachment sent via email or troubleshooting of device in person at our Care Center. The return shipping fees will be afforded by Awair.

If you'd like to return your device due to not being satisfied with the product, please note that we will only accept unopened devices that are still in it's original packaging. If it's already been opened, we will not accept the return. 

To initiate a return request for a product purchased on getawair.com, please contact our support team. Please include your shipping information when submitting a ticket and the reason for return.

We have a 1 year limited warranty on products purchased through our US/CAN store, and a 2 year limited warranty on products purchased through our EU/UK store. You can find more details here.

Note: Our warranty is limited to the region of purchase. This means that if it is purchased on Amazon.com, it is only warrantied in the United States.
