SHIPPING NOTICE: At this time, we are experiencing a large amount of demand for the Awair Element. We are working hard to ship it to you as soon as possible but, due to large order volume and global transportation system disruptions, we are experiencing extended shipping times. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Please refer to the currently expected shipping dates below:

How do I order the Awair Element?

Awair Element is available for purchase through Awair authorized stores in the United States, Canada, European Union, and the United Kingdom.

 

For customers in the United States and Canada, please order on the Awair website when placing your orders. Alternatively, you may order via the Authorized Awair store on Amazon.

 

For customers in the UK/EU, please use the UK/EU Awair website.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have a problem completing your order online or are not certain if your payment was successful, please contact us here.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. This link will also be available in the Order History section of your account.

 

Note: After the order confirmation email, you will not receive the tracking information until the order has shipped.

What packaging will my order be delivered in?

Your order will be shipped in discreet packaging with no visible logos.

 

What do I do if my parcel is lost?

We highly recommend using signature confirmation upon delivery to prevent lost or stolen packages. If a package is not delivered, please call your local post office for immediate assistance with your parcel. For shipments within the United States, we ask that before contacting Awair, you make a claim by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS. Please include the claim number when contacting us via support.getawair.com.  

Please note: Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

 

What if my parcel is damaged?

If possible, please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If it's at all damaged, hand it back to the courier to return to us. If you only discover that your parcel is damaged after it is delivered, please contact us here.

Amending & Cancelling Orders

Awair is unable to amend or cancel orders once tracking information has been generated. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

 

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?

No, not if your tracking information has been assigned to your order.
