Rebooting a product is usually the first step in troubleshooting. If your Awair Omni is exhibiting any unusual behavior, this is a good first step.
To reboot your Awair Omni, hold down the power button for 5 seconds until the display dims and powers down. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn your Omni back on. It will automatically reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
A Factory Reset will disconnect your device from its current Wi-Fi network and reset your Awair Omni back to the state it was in when you first received the device. Resetting your Awair Omni will not delete any of your historical data.
To Factory Reset your device, carefully remove Omni from its wall mount. Follow by locating the reset button on the back of the device. The button is located just to the right of the power adapter port. Press and hold the reset button with a pin for approximately 10 seconds. A progress bar will appear on the LED display and will move from left to right, then the Awair logo will appear then disappear on Omni’s display when the device has been reset.
Once you’ve reset your Awair Omni, on-board your Omni via the Awair Business App by tapping the ‘+’ icon to begin the setup process for your device. Follow the guided steps via the Awair Business App to complete connecting Awair Omni via Bluetooth, and then to your Wi-Fi network.
All your historical data is stored on our servers and will be accessible in the Awair Business App and Awair dashboard once your Omni reconnects to Wi-Fi.
