What do I do if I can’t log in to my account?
If you find you’re running into trouble logging into the Awair app, you’ll want to check to make sure that you are entering both the correct email address and password. It’s important to note that your password is case sensitive.
What do I do if I can’t remember my password?
If you can't remember your password, tap on the link that says “Forgot Your Password?”. You’ll be asked to enter your email address. Once you’ve entered your email address, we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
What if I can’t remember which email address I used?
Please contact us at email@example.com with your full name and your device’s serial number. The serial number is the 12-digit code that can be found on the back of Awair or on the bottom of Glow.
I’m able to log in to the app, but I can’t log in to the support page. What’s going on?
The Awair app and the support page each require their own account and login credentials. If you need to create or check on a case with our support team, you’ll want to create an Awair support account. You can use the same email address and password as your normal Awair account if you wish, but your Awair support account and Awair account won’t be linked. As such, changing the password on one won’t change the other.
How do I create an Awair Support Account?
- Visit our support page at support.getawair.com.
- Click on the Sign In button.
- Where it says “New to Awair” click on Sign Up.
- Enter your name and email address.
- You should receive a welcome email with a link that lets you sign in.
