What should I do if I can’t log in to my account?
If you find you’re running into trouble logging in to the Awair app, you’ll want to check to make sure that you are entering both the correct email address and password. It’s important to note that your password is case sensitive.
What should I do if I can’t remember my password?
If you forgot your password, tap on the link “Forgot Your Password?” on the Awair App. You’ll be asked to enter your email address. Once you’ve entered your email address, an email with a link will be sent to your registered email address with instructions on how to reset your password.
What if I can’t remember which email address I used?
Please contact us at email@example.com with your full name and your device’s serial number. The serial number is the 12-digit code that can be found on the back of Awair or on the bottom of Glow.
I’m able to log into the app, but I can’t log in to the support page. What’s going on?
The Awair app and the support page each require their own account and login credentials. If you need to create or check on a case with our support team, you’ll want to create an Awair support account. You can use the same email address and password as your Awair account if you wish, but your Awair support account and Awair account won’t be linked. As such, changing the password on one won’t change the other.
