Device Details & Troubleshooting

Device_Details.png

Device Details
Network The last known WiFi network with which the device was connected.
Device UUID This is the internal Awair Cloud unique device identifier. It is mainly used by Awair systems, but is especially useful when working with the Dashboard Developer APIs. The Device UUID is a concatenation of the {{deviceType}} _ {{deviceId}}
MAC Address

Sometimes referred to as the WiFi MAC or Omni Serial Number.

This can be found on a label on the back of each Omni, a sticker on the outside of the box, or the dark blue onboarding card inside the box.

Reboot - remotely power cycle the device

Restore to Factory Settings - "Factory Reset", which is the same behavior as holding down the pinhole-sized button on the back of the Omni in order to put it back into Bluetooth pairing mode (blue blinking Status LED).

Note: for both of these troubleshooting options, the device must be reachable from the Awair Cloud.

Bulk Editing
