Overview
If you want to switch the ownership of a device to a new user, you first need to delete the device from your App. Tap the “Delete the Device” button which is located at the bottom of your Awair app settings. Once you’ve deleted it in the app, then you should reset the device so that the new owner can start the setup process.
Please note: If you are attempting to migrate a Legacy device to another account, it will not be able to reconnect through the Awair Home App after being reset. Please read here for more details.
